You will support contract management, governance, litigation and compliance initiatives, and provide critical assistance across Yamaha’s legal functions.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7 years paralegal experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.

In this role, you will provide critical support to the YMFUS Legal Department and related Yamaha Motor Finance legal functions. You will contribute to contract management, litigation and bankruptcy matters, corporate governance administration, records management, legal research, and compliance activities, helping to ensure the organization operates effectively while mitigating legal and regulatory risk. This is a hybrid position, permanently based out of Cypress, CA Global Headquarters.

Pay:
$95,000 - $110,000
The pay range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000. Yamaha intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related experience. Base pay is part of Yamaha's Total Reward Program; our Talent Acquisition Team will share more details as candidates progress through the Recruiting Process.
