Axos Bank in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Paralegal I to provide comprehensive support to attorneys in the Legal Department, assisting with legal, collection, litigation, bankruptcy, and enforcement matters. You will prepare and administer NDAs, coordinate with outside counsel, and help implement legal and regulatory initiatives while maintaining case files and corporate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications between outside litigation counsel and internal clients.
• Draft and administer non-disclosure agreements and other legal documents.
• Compile and organize case files for collection, bankruptcy, and litigation matters.
• Draft standard litigation documents under supervision, including complaints and motions for default judgment.
• Assist in preparation of settlements, forbearance agreements, and regulatory compliance projects.
• Maintain and update corporate governance records and templates.
