We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal with experience in plaintiff-side employment law.

What You'll Do:

• Support attorneys in class, collective, and representative wage and hour litigation, including PAGA and FLSA cases.
• Assist with all phases of litigation: client intake, case development, discovery, filings, document review, deposition prep, and trial support.
• Manage large volumes of documents and employment data using litigation support platforms.
• Help prepare for mediations, hearings, and trials by organizing exhibits, summaries, and timelines.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in employment litigation, preferably on the plaintiff side.
• Deep understanding of wage and hour laws, including FLSA, California Labor Code, and PAGA.
• Familiarity with e-filing in both state and federal courts.
• Competitive Base Salary: $75,000 to $100,000 (DOE)
• 2 Days Remote
• 30 days of PTO in year 1
• 401k with 4% match
