Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation is seeking a paralegal to support document management, legal research, and internal investigations. You will assist in drafting, negotiating, and tracking agreements and other corporate documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of paralegal or legal experience with general office management and secretarial skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal, to achieve high productivity.
• Knowledge of legal resources and ability to conduct legal research.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, drafting, negotiation, execution, and tracking of agreements and documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments as needed.
• Maintain centralized files and databases and provide training on document/database management software.
