It starts with our people, which is why we need a Paralegal Assistant to join our team. Under the management of the Associate Director of Paralegals and working closely with paralegals and attorneys with respect to work matters, the Paralegal Assistant assists with all aspects of real estate transactions. The Paralegal Assistant will interface directly with attorneys, paralegals, clients, and legal staff and deliver high quality, efficient legal, administrative and billable services with an annual minimum billing requirement of 1,200 hours.

This position operates in a professional office environment. In office position (not a remote position). Office located in Denver, CO.
Travel:
Pursuant to the Colorado pay transparency laws, BCLP is posting a reasonable estimate of a compensation range for this position. At the time of posting, the estimated Colorado range is $68,500 to $72,500. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the level of relevant experience, skillsets, training, licensure and certifications, internal equity, market data, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The range is based on a full-timework schedule. Additional compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus.
