Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is assisting a busy Business Law practice in its search for an experienced Corporate Paralegal.

This role focuses on transactional work, with opportunities to support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate deals while staying highly organized in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare formation documents, governance records, coordinate state filings, conduct UCC and lien searches, and assist with due diligence and closings.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of corporate or transactional paralegal experience.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance and entity management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with Pennsylvania and Delaware entities is a plus.
