Job summary

Accounting Search in Westbury, NY is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal (Plaintiff Side) to support attorneys from intake through settlement or trial. You will draft and file documents, manage case files, coordinate depositions and IMEs, review medical records, communicate with clients, track deadlines, and prepare trial materials.

This role requires outstanding organizational skills and in-office presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
• Must be able to work In office - Westbury, Long Island.

• Manage case files and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.

• Track case deadlines and ensure timely filings.
• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and other materials for hearings and trials.
• Assist with negotiating and finalizing lien resolutions and settlements.
