Job summary

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities.
• Ability to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours.
• Annual billable requirement of 1,600 hours.

Overview

The Newark, NJ office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a paralegal with litigation experience. The primary duties of this position include working for a minimum of (4) attorneys, calendaring, document management including but not limited to review, creation, and organization. In addition, compiling information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation are essential functions of this role. Knowledge of billing is required. Insurance defense preferably.
