Neuberger Berman in New York City seeks a Paralegal to support a fast-growing private equity business. The role involves coordinating investment procedures, documentation, and closing activities while managing AML requests and interacting with internal and external counsel.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of paralegal experience in a corporate setting, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure in a hybrid in-office environment.
We are seeking a Paralegal that has a desire to work in a vibrant and fast-growing private equity business. The ideal candidate will have transaction management experience and the agility and poise to work in a high-volume, dynamic environment and “ride herd” over a team of counsel (both internal and external) and businesspeople in order to ensure transactions, entity formation, AML requests, account openings and a variety of other functions are properly and timely executed.
New York City; hybrid with a minimum of three days per week in office.

The salary range for this role is $80,000-$110,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
