Boca Raton Boutique Law Firm seeks an Estate Planning Paralegal with 2+ years of experience to join its boutique team on-site in Boca Raton. You will work closely with experienced attorneys on sophisticated trust and estate matters, including drafting documents, administration, and probate steps.

Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 with discretionary bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time, on-site position offering meaningful ownership and client interaction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in estate planning, trusts & estates, probate
• Strong knowledge of estate planning and trust administration processes

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in drafting and preparing trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and complex estate planning documents.
• Support end-to-end trust and estate administration, including asset transfers and beneficiary distributions.
• Prepare, organize, and file court documents and pleadings for probate proceedings.
• Coordinate execution, asset funding, title transfers, and final organization of estate plans.
• Assist with legal research and asset protection strategies.
• Communicate with clients, CPAs, financial advisors, and outside institutions to advance matters.
• Review documents, conduct legal research, and maintain client files.

The practice is heavily focused on estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate, asset protection, and related sophisticated matters, with a client base that includes high-net-worth individuals and families.

What You'll Do

• Assist attorneys in drafting and preparing trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and complex estate planning documents.

• Coordinate the formal execution, asset funding, title transfers, and finalized organization of estate plans.

• Conduct detailed document reviews, conduct legal research, and maintain comprehensive client files.

• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in estate planning, trusts & estates, probate, or a closely related practice
• Strong knowledge of estate planning and trust administration processes

Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 and $110,000 Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

In addition to base compensation, the firm offers a discretionary annual bonus based on individual performance, profitability, and overall firm performance, along with an additional annual holiday bonus opportunity.
