Job summary

The Atlanta office of Wicker Smith O’Hara McCoy & Ford has an immediate opening for a litigation paralegal. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of litigation experience; paralegal certification is preferred. Must type at least 45 wpm and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

This is a full-time, in-person role with a strong emphasis on trial preparation, exhibit management, and reviewing discovery. Wicker Smith offers a competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

The Atlanta office of Wicker Smith has an immediate opening for a litigation Paralegal. The ideal candidate for this position will possess 2 to 3 years of litigation experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

• *Candidate must have a two-year degree, be highly organized, experience with extensive trial preparation, and compiling exhibits for exhibit exchanges. Must be familiar with reviewing discovery to gather additional information for obtaining records with NPNP/Subpoenas. Must be proficient with calendaring deadlines for responses and other pleadings. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is required. The right candidate must be able to work independently.
