Job summary

Salina Public Schools is seeking a dedicated Paraeducator to work one-on-one with a student and reinforce positive behaviors in a small classroom setting. You'll partner with the teacher to support reading aloud, explain core subjects, and assist with writing assignments.

The role is within the St. Francis Academy/Residential School team, where we maintain a small classroom with 10 students or fewer and a collaborative, student-focused approach.
