The Kent School District is seeking paraeducators to support students under a salary schedule based on verified years of experience. Salaries are annualized and distributed through August.
Minimum qualifications include an associate degree or higher, or 72 college credits, or a ParaPro Assessment score of 455+ with high school completion or equivalent. If not yet qualified, applicants may still apply and complete testing before formal hire.

Prior to starring, candidates must meet the minimum employment requirements for paraeducators in the State of Washington through one of the following means:
Upon hire, paraeducators will be required to complete state required training offered through our KSD Professional Development Team.
