Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) seeks a full-time Paraeducator to support instructional services under teacher supervision and help students reach their potential in a bright, active environment.

You will assist with behavior management, personal care, and keep students safe and engaged throughout the day, contributing to a positive classroom atmosphere and the overall mission to help every child succeed.

Responsibilities

• Instructional Support: Offering instructional services to students under the direct supervision of a teacher.
• Behavior Management: Assisting students in maintaining appropriate behavior by implementing behavior intervention plans and de-escalating undesirable behaviors.
• Personal Care: Providing toileting, feeding, and other personal care assistance to students with physical disabilities.
• Ensure that the student is always in a safe and positive environment.
