James Mastricola Upper Elementary is looking for dedicated and compassionate paraprofessionals to join their staff. Located in Merrimack NH, we are committed to fostering a positive culture where students, staff, and families feel valued, respected, and supported.

Job Goal

To support students and to implement Individual Educational Plans and other prescribed plans, under the direction of a certified teacher or licensed professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic support
• Maintain communication and collaboration with students, parents, and staff
• Provide a safe environment
• Accommodate students medical/physical needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience and/or specialized training with individuals with special needs preferred
• May require further specialized training and/or skills in addition to specific school assignments.

Hours per day: 7.25 following the school calendar with nights, weekends, holidays, and summers off. Days per week: 5 Days per year: 183 Salary starting at $16.91-$20.72 per hour depending on previous/comparable experience.
