Whether working in our district schools or alternative educational settings, you will directly support students individually or in small groups—delivering basic, developmentally appropriate instruction tailored to their Individual Education Programs (IEPs). Whether you are assigned to a single student or a small group, your presence will be the cornerstone of their daily success.

Education & Licensure

• Certification: Must hold or be eligible for New Hampshire Paraeducator II certification.

• Proven Experience: A background working with children in a professional or school setting.
• Foundational Knowledge: Solid baseline skills in reading, writing, mathematics, and educational professionalism.
• Developmental Insight: A deep understanding of child developmental stages (birth to age 22), different learning styles, family influences on learning, and factors that may impact typical development.
