Job summary

Region No. Four Supervision District is seeking a Para Educator for Essex Elementary School and other district schools. The role involves supporting students with varied academic and behavioral needs, collaborating with educational teams, and maintaining confidentiality.

Summary:

The Region No. Four Supervision District has a Para Educator position available at one of our schools: Valley Regional High School, John Winthrop Middle School, Chester Elementary School, Deep River Elementary School and/or Essex Elementary School.

Candidates should demonstrate an ability to: collaborate in multiple educational settings, to work with students with academic and behavioral needs, be flexible, maintain confidentiality, and show passion and enthusiasm for their assignment.

Experience working with a wide range of related service providers and support staff to meet the needs of diverse learners preferred. Experience in Literacy, DTI, Math, behavior management, one on one , and inclusion preferred. 35 hours a week.
