Job summary

Ranpak Inc. is seeking a Paper Converter II to operate and adjust fanfold and rewinding machines in our Ohio manufacturing facility. You will load rolls, thread material through feed rollers, and monitor for correct dimensions and quality per specifications.

This role requires attention to detail and safe handling of heavy materials. The ideal candidate has experience with industrial machinery, can learn multiple machines, and can stand for long shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 3–6 months related experience or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience running industrial machinery.
• Ability to make machine adjustments when out of tolerance.
• Ability to learn and run multiple machines efficiently.
• Basic math skills and good organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate a fanfold or rewinding machine; ensure product is cut to spec.
• Load rolls of paper, thread through feed rollers, and wind rolls properly.
• Monitor material flow and detect out-of-spec conditions.
• Guide bundles to off-load conveyor; adjust settings for brakes, tension, and speed.
• Verify product quality and rework as needed; set up per schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
