Papa, Inc. is seeking caring individuals to join its Papa Pals program in Williamston, MI. You will provide part-time companionship, help with errands and light house tasks, and offer transportation when needed.

This is a flexible, part-time opportunity with a focus on meaningful, in-community support. No prior caregiving experience is required, and all selected candidates should be at least 21, able to communicate in English, and able to pass a background check.

About the Role

At Papa, companion caregivers, also known as Papa Pals, are warm, caring individuals who provide part-time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly - friendly company. Salary & Benefits

Earn up to $18.00/hr with bonuses. Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits, depends on your location (not available everywhere).

Schedule and Flexibility

Work on your own flexible schedule. Use the mobile app to choose from hourly visit opportunities, typically 2-4 hours each; create your own schedule around your life.
