Job summary

Papa is hiring part-time companion caregivers in San Diego, CA. As a Papa Pal, you will provide companionship, light in-home assistance, run errands, and help with transportation. You set your own schedule through the mobile app, with visits typically 2–4 hours each.

No prior caregiving experience is required; we welcome life experience and a caring, patient attitude. You must be 21+, have a valid U.S. driver’s license and insurance, pass a background check, and be able to work in the United
