About the Role

Papa is hiring part-time companion caregivers (also known as Papa Pals) in Royal Oak, MI. Companions provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and offering friendly company.

Compensation

Earn up to $18.00 per hour with bonuses.

Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits (location dependent).

Schedule

Work on your own flexible schedule. Use the mobile app to choose from hourly visit opportunities, typically 2–4 hours each, and create your own schedule around your life.
