At Papa, companion caregivers, also called Papa Pals, are warm, caring individuals who provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly—friendly company.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to older adults and families.
• Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, or grocery shopping.
• Run errands and provide transportation when needed.
• Offer friendly conversation and emotional support.

Compensation and Schedule

Earn up to $15.00 per hour with bonuses. Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits is available, depending on location. Work on your own flexible schedule—use the mobile app to choose from hourly visit opportunities that are typically 2–4 hours each and create a schedule around your life.

Eligibility

• Age 21 or older.
