Papa, Inc. is hiring part-time companion caregivers in Longview, WA. Earn up to $18.00/hr as a Papa Pal, delivering part-time companionship and light assistance to older adults and families.

You’ll set your own schedule via the mobile app, with typical visits of 2–4 hours. Mileage reimbursement is available in some locations and there are opportunities for bonuses. No prior caregiving experience is required.

• Able to communicate in English
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy
• Access to a smartphone

• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required
