Role Overview

At Papa, companion caregivers, also known as Papa Pals, are warm, caring individuals who provide part-time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly—friendly company.

Pay and Benefits

• Earn up to $17.00/hr with bonuses.
• Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits, depends on your location (not available everywhere).
• Work on your own flexible schedule. Use the mobile app to choose from hourly visit opportunities, typically 2-4 hours each; create your own schedule around your life.
• No prior caregiving experience needed!
• We welcome those with life experience caring for others, stay-at-home parents, retirees, and anyone wanting meaningful, flexible work.
