Qualifications

• Age 21 or older

• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Pass a background check
• Pass a motor vehicle report
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy
• Access to a smartphone
• Access to a vehicle (year 2010 or newer)
• Kind-hearted, patient, and caring
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required
• Availability to work 2 or more hours per week

Role Description

At Papa, companion caregivers—also known as Papa Pals—are warm, caring individuals who provide part-time companionship and assistance to older adults and families.

Support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly—friendly company.

Schedule & Pay

Earn up to $17.00 per hour with bonuses. Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits (depends on your location). Work on your own flexible schedule.
