As a Papa Pal, you’ll provide companionship, assist with errands, transportation, light housekeeping, and friendly support. You can choose 2–4 hour visits through the mobile app, building a schedule that fits your life. Prior caregiving experience is not required.

• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer.
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.
