Papa is hiring part-time companion caregivers (Papa Pals) in Everett, WA. Earn up to $18.00 per hour with bonuses and mileage reimbursement based on location. As a caregiver, you will provide part-time companionship and assistance to older adults and families.

Duties include help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly—friendly company. Flexible schedule: create your own hours using the mobile app. Typical visits are 2–4 hours each.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle or newer.
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.
• Caring, patient and reliable personality.
• Available to work 2 or more hours per week.
