At Papa, companion caregivers, also known as Papa Pals, are warm, caring individuals who provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly—friendly company.

As a caregiver in Cocoa Beach, FL, you’ll make a positive impact in your community. We’re seeking kind, patient, and reliable people with a passion for helping others.

Pay and Benefits

• Earn up to $17.00/hr with bonuses.
• Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits, depends on your location (not available everywhere).
• Work on your own flexible schedule.
• Use the mobile app to choose from hourly visit opportunities, typically 2‑4 hours each; create your own schedule around your life.
• No prior caregiving experience needed! We welcome those with life experience caring for others, stay‑at‑home parents, retirees, and anyone wanting meaningful, flexible work.

Job Requirements

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer.
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.
• Kind‑hearted, patient, and caring.
