About the Role

Papa is hiring part‑time companion caregivers in Carrollton, MI. Companion caregivers, also known as Papa Pals, provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Responsibilities include helping with household tasks, running errands, providing transportation, and offering friendly company.

Compensation and Schedule

Earn up to $18.00 per hour with optional bonuses. Mileage reimbursement is available for transportation visits, depending on your location. Use the mobile app to schedule visits—typically 2 to 4 hours each—and work on a flexible schedule that fits your life.
