Job Responsibilities

At Papa, companion caregivers (also known as Papa Pals) are warm, caring individuals who provide part-time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly—friendly company.

Work Hours & Schedule

Work on your own flexible schedule. Use the mobile app to choose from hourly visit opportunities, typically 2-4 hours each; create your own schedule around your life.

Compensation

Earn up to $18.00/hr with bonuses. Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits, depends on your location (not available everywhere).

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older
• Ability to communicate in English
• Valid U.S. issued driver's license (provided again in Additional Criteria)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass a background check
