Papa, Inc. is hiring part-time Papa Pals in Boise, ID to provide companionship and light assistance to older adults and families. You can create your own flexible schedule using the mobile app, with typical visits of 2–4 hours and earnings up to $16 per hour, plus bonuses.

Applicants should be at least 21, have a valid U.S. driver’s license, access to a smartphone and vehicle, and be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle report.

About the Role

Papa is hiring part-time companion caregivers, also known as Papa Pals, in Boise, ID. We’re recruiting reliable people who love to help others to provide part-time companionship and assistance to older adults and families.

• Offer friendly company

Schedule & Compensation

Earn up to $16.00/hr with bonuses. Use the mobile app to choose hourly visit opportunities, typically 2-4 hours each, and create your own flexible schedule. Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits (location dependant).
