At Papa, companion caregivers—also known as Papa Pals—provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and, most importantly, friendly company.

Compensation

• Earn up to $18.00/hr with bonuses
• Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits (depends on location)

Schedule

Work on your own flexible schedule. Use the mobile app to choose hourly visit opportunities, typically 2–4 hours each, and create your own schedule around your life.
