Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at Papa John’s. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for delivering pizzas and other menu items to our customers in a safe and efficient manner while providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers' homes or businesses in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and ensuring a positive delivery experience.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety standards while driving.
• Assist in the preparation of orders, including but not limited to making pizzas, cutting, and packaging items as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding order status and delivery timelines.
• Promote special deals and offers to customers when appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
