Qualifications

• Inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Supervise staff to meet QA standards and keep the operation clean.
• Ensure signage is current and marketing is effectively implemented.

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory checks and maintains accuracy in stock levels.
• Ensures that staff are on task, QA standards are met, and the area is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing and confirms signage is current and appropriate.
