Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking Shift Supervisors to lead daily operations in our Tucson bakery-café. As a Panera Team Member in this role, you’ll help customers, supervise staff, and support the front and back-of-house teams while training and developing your leadership skills.

This position offers base pay of $17 per hour with pool-based tips averaging $17–$20 per hour, opportunities for advancement, meal discounts, uniforms, and a fast-paced, friendly culture.
