Vertech is seeking a panel shop technician in the Phoenix, AZ area to assemble and wire control panels, mount devices, and modify panels to meet electrical standards. You will work with wiring, hardware, and control cabinets, using labeling and engraving equipment and operating automated machinery.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 2+ years in panel shop work, with Lean Six Sigma exposure preferred.
Technician definition: A person who fixes stuff that other people can\'t. If people always ask you for help when something needs fixed or put together and you actually like it, we have just the job for you. The panel shop technician is responsible for making the best darn control panels this side of the Mississippi. You will work directly with wiring, hardware and control cabinets to assemble world class control panels.
