Job summary

SpaceX in the United States is hiring a Fabrication Technician (Panels System) for multiple shifts (Level 4/5). You will build and maintain ground support equipment for LOX and fuel facilities, fabricate tubing from CAD drawings, and troubleshoot high-pressure systems to keep launch operations on track.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, 5+ years in pressurized systems, and the ability to pass background checks and work in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with pressurized, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technician ground support equipment (GSE) support, including pumps, tanks, valves, and plumbing for LOX/fuel pads.
• Fabricate tubing based on drawings and CAD models.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and instrumentation.
• Operate high-pressure systems, pumps, and pneumatic components.
• Collaborate with design engineers to document GSE activities.
• Ensure materials are clean and inspected per Oxygen Service standards.
• Build and maintain GSE, LOX/fuel farms, and related systems.
• Obtain and maintain licenses or certifications as required.
• Follow SpaceX safety and quality policies and regulations.
• Identify process improvements to improve testing reliability.
• Support vehicle, launch pad, and development programs.
