Job summary

80/20 LLC is seeking a Panel Quality Inspector to perform quality inspections in the Panel Shop, ensuring parts meet customer specifications. You will handle machine setup, operation, and shutdown, process orders via tracking software, and uphold the company’s 80/20 quality standards.

This on-site, full-time role requires reading blueprints, precise measurement with tape, calipers, and micrometers, and strong math skills. Forklift license is preferred and training may be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape, calipers, micrometers).
• Strong math skills including fractional to decimal conversions.
• Must read/write/speak English.
• Forklift license preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspection in the Panel Shop per customer specs.
• Set up, operate, and shut down machines to move orders efficiently.
• Use measuring tools and order tracking software to process orders accurately.
• Maintain 80/20 quality standards and re-cut parts when needed.
• Communicate issues and improvements to team members.
