Job summary

The Panel Machine Operator at CAROLINA ATLANTIC ROOFING SUPPLY LLC will cut, frame, and route panel products, perform preventive maintenance, and organize scrap. The role requires attention to detail, safety compliance, and the ability to prioritize tasks from production instructions.

About this position

The Panel Machine Operator will be responsible for performing cutting, framing, and routing of panel products in the sequence required by production. The Panel Machine Operator will also conduct preventative maintenance of equipment and sort and organize scrap materials. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize based on instruction, adhere to safety requirements, and be detail-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair on machinery
• Communicate with Sales Department to ensure a quality product
• Load and unload coils onto machines

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a team player
• Warehouse experience
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. at a time
• Able to operate electronic life, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.
