Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret specification sheets to identify correct parts.
  • Assemble panels and components per detailed instructions.
  • Install windows, hardware, and purchased parts into assemblies.
  • Apply insulation to panels as specified.
  • Label panels for tracking and organize for delivery.
  • Operate forklifts and other tools to move materials and complete tasks.
  • Complete production logs and deviation reports.
  • Disassemble and correct improperly assembled or damaged panels.
  • Use rivet guns, air guns, knives, and handheld spot welders.
  • Collaborate with team to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Follow safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.

Shift: 2nd Shift | Full-Time

Pay: $22.96 - $26.44 + Shift Premium

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $22.96 - $26.44 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
  • Requires a high school diploma/GED and previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates an attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and understand basic instructions and communicate effectively.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Capable of following instructions and solving routine problems.
  • Forklift license required (can be obtained within 3 months of hire).
Work Environment
  • Exposure to moderate noise and airborne particles.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands and arms.
  • Occasional bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 100 lbs.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
