Job summary

Dover Food Retail (DFR) is seeking a Panel Worker to set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery along the assembly line at fixed workstation positions in Conyers. The role includes moving, packing, and sorting materials, while monitoring quality to prevent defects and ensure efficient production.

You will maintain daily production records and work under standard procedures with close supervision, contributing to reliable, consistent output and safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Little to no prior knowledge or experience.

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery/equipment to install a piece/part/component of an in-process product, assembly, or sub-assembly as it moves along the assembly line.
• Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintaining accurate daily assembly production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis.
