Qualifications

• MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree.
• Board certified or board eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Fellowship trained in Gastroenterology.
• Demonstrated clinical expertise and interest in Pancreatology.
• Experience managing complex pancreatic disorders preferred.
• Strong commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration, education, and mentorship.
• Eligible for or able to obtain an Illinois medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized evaluation and management of patients with pancreatic disorders.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Contribute to education and mentorship of fellows, residents, and other learners while supporting program development and clinical innovation.
• Expand services and improve patient access in pancreatic disease.
• Collaborate with GI, surgery, oncology, radiology, pathology, and other specialties.
• Develop and enhance clinical programs related to pancreatic disease.
• Contribute to medical education, trainee teaching, and mentorship.
• Participate in clinical research, quality improvement, and academic pursuits.
