Job summary

You will lead onboarding of accounts, conduct root cause analysis, and drive improvements through collaboration with internal teams and vendors, while training staff on PAM best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on CyberArk Privilege Cloud experience in enterprise settings.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication.
• University degree in Business or IT or equivalent certifications (CyberArk CDE, Guardian, Defender).
• Ability to prioritize and execute in high-pressure environments while collaborating in teams.
• Self-motivated and autonomous with sound judgment and initiative.
• Flexible with scheduling to support global operations.
• Experience with scripting, cloud environments, and SIEM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Create documentation and train staff on PAM use cases and SOPs.

What You'll Do

• Manage privileged accounts and secrets within our Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution, ensuring security and compliance standards are maintained.
• Support operational processes for access rotation, auditing, logging, and incident resolution related to privileged sessions and service requests.
• Conduct access reviews, audit assessments, and compliance reporting for privileged accounts, secrets, and access policies.
• Identify security risks and operational issues, developing actionable recommendations to mitigate significant risks and resolve complex challenges.
• Lead onboarding of accounts, servers, applications, and secrets to Privilege Cloud using CyberArk connectors and plugins.
• Execute root cause analysis on issues and drive mitigation actions, collaborating with internal teams and vendors as needed.
• Create and maintain documentation; conduct training sessions on use cases, best practices, and standard operating procedures for Privileged Access Management.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent English skills with strong interpersonal and consultative abilities; excellent written and verbal communication.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience managing CyberArk Privilege Cloud in enterprise environments.
• University degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent certifications (CyberArk CDE, Guardian, Trustee/Defender, etc.).
• Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments while working collaboratively in team settings.
• Self-motivated professional who performs duties with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgment and autonomy within role scope.
• Flexibility with scheduling to support global operations and business needs.
• Experience with PowerShell or Python scripting, cloud environments (AWS, Azure), and SIEM/monitoring tools; familiarity with CyberArk Secrets Hub or Conjur is preferred.

Salary

The US national base salary range for this position is from
$104,300.00 - $193,700.00

The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.

In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which rewards participants based on company and individual performance.
