We welcome qualified candidates who are board-eligible or board-certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine or Geriatrics. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver patient-centered care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, supporting individuals and their families through complex medical journeys.Our interdisciplinary team engages with patients who are living with serious illness. Our Palliative Medicine Physicians work directly with the patient and their families and caregivers, and their Primary Care and Specialty providers, to create a customized holistic plan of care. Our goal is to improve patient and caregiver quality of life on their terms and optimize service by aligning clinical care with patient values and goals. Location: This position is based at our Tacoma Campus.
