Benefis Health System in Great Falls, Montana, is seeking a compassionate Palliative Care Physician to join our interdisciplinary team. This position provides inpatient and outpatient palliative care consultations and collaborates with oncology, cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, and primary care teams to improve quality of life for patients with serious illness.

The role features a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts, no weekends or call, and opportunities to develop outpatient services,

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
• Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or another qualifying specialty.

Responsabilités

• Provide inpatient and outpatient palliative care consultations.
• Focus on symptom management and goals-of-care discussions.
• Advance care planning and support for patients and families.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care coordination.
• Assist with education of medical students, residents, and healthcare professionals.
