Qualifications

• Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) required.
• Post Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience in hematology/oncology preferred.
• Palliative Care or Hospice experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
• Current RN State Licensure and Nurse Practitioner certification required.
• Willingness to travel to various locations necessary.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families about disease processes and end-of-life concerns.
• Manage and mentor site staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with advanced cancer.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with oncologists.
• Monitor and adjust pain management strategies for optimal comfort.
