Job summary

KeHE Distributors in Romeoville, IL is seeking a Warehouse Palletizer to ensure efficient unloading, accurate pallet building, and proper routing for shipments. This full-time role operates Sunday through Thursday from 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM, with benefits after 30 days.

You will sort and stack cases, scan packages, keep lanes clean, and communicate any mechanical issues to management. Prior warehouse experience and reliable attendance are valued as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Primary Responsibilities

The Warehouse Palletizer focuses on the quality unloading of all totes, full cases, and coolers. It also ensures that they are properly palletized by route and stop number. The Palletizer makes certain that pallets are orderly and properly built prior to being loaded.

Essential Functions

• The Warehouse Palletizer focuses on sorting, transferring, and stacking cases of goods or products onto a pallet.
• Ensures that they are properly palletized by route and stop number.
• The Palletizer makes certain that pallets are orderly and properly built prior to being loaded.
• Scanning each individual package.
• Condense cases and remove empty pallets.
• Cleanup work area including palletizing lanes during shift and at the end of shift.
• Communicate with management regarding mechanical issues with the lanes
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate well with internal and external customers and management.
• Ability to follow safe working practices, as instructed.
