Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Pallet Sorter in Rogers, MN to hand sort pallets in a distribution facility, helping maintain high safety and cleanliness while staying actively engaged during shifts.

You will load/unload pallets, move materials, verify load security, and document progress while coordinating trailer moves and communicating with the on-site team. A high school diploma or GED and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights.
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand.
• Move pallets or materials around the distribution center.
• Check loads to ensure they are secure.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Coordinate trailer moves within the yard management system.
• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress.
• Communicate regularly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager.
