Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Pallet Sorter in Stuarts Draft, VA to hand sort pallets in a busy distribution facility. This role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and active work. Pay is hourly on 2nd or 4th shift with scheduled times and a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Responsibilities include stacking pallets, loading/unloading trailers, ensuring loads are secure, and documenting progress. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, and overtime availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills needed.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand
• Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the distribution center
• Check loads to make sure they are secure
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Coordinate trailers moves within yard management system
• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress
• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly
