48forty Solutions is seeking a Pallet Sorter for our Lancaster, TX distribution facility. You will hand sort pallets, load and unload materials, and ensure safe, orderly operations in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and willingness to work overtime. Shifts include 1st through 4th shift with varied hours, and competitive pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights.
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand.
• Move pallets or materials on pallets or in crates around the distribution center.
• Check loads to ensure they are secure.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Coordinate trailer moves within yard management system.
• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress.
• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly.
